Minister of National Education Tekin was welcomed with flowers by students upon his arrival at the Tashkent Turkish School, which houses both a middle school and a high school. He engaged in conversations with the students and then received the requests of the teachers he met.

 Feedback from the field confirms the correctness of the steps we have taken

The teachers at the school, both as educators and parents, expressed their gratitude to Minister Tekin for the Century of Türkiye Education Model, while Tekin emphasized the importance of implementing this model to transform education in schools into skills. Minister Tekin stated, "We needed to keep pace with global developments and changes. At the same time, we must raise a generation that will preserve our national unity and solidarity while advancing with the times. Receiving feedback from students, teachers, and parents-essentially from the field-regarding the Century of Türkiye Education Model we have implemented gives us immense satisfaction, as it confirms the correctness of the steps we have taken."

The teachers also expressed their gratitude to Minister Tekin for the new school building to be constructed under the Protocol on Cooperation in the Field of Education, signed today between Türkiye's Ministry of National Education and Uzbekistan's Ministry of Preschool and School Education.

Birthday surprise for the teacher

During the visit, Minister Tekin surprised teacher Filiz Eren on her birthday. He presented Eren with a pen and flowers, wishing her a peaceful and healthy life. Teacher Filiz Eren expressed that it was a wonderful surprise for her and thanked Minister Tekin for the birthday celebration.

At the end of the program, Tekin took a commemorative photo with the teachers in front of the school building. The teachers presented Minister Tekin with a handcrafted, engraved plaque made of walnut wood.

During the visit, Minister Tekin was accompanied by Türkiye's Ambassador to Tashkent, Ufuk Ulutaş; Director General for European Union and Foreign Relations, Ünal Eryılmaz; Director General for Support Services, Ömür Fatih Karakullukçu; and Press and Public Relations Counselor, Yılmaz Güney.
